Prior to becoming the Deputy Director, Jonathan served as a Compliance Officer with Fulton County Government’s Diversity and Civil Rights Compliance Department. Jonathan previously served the State of Georgia for 13 years with the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity in part as a Senior Compliance Officer & Litigation Specialist with the Equal Employment Division.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana . He furthered his education by receiving a Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center.
